I think the book Wonder by R.J. Palacio Is about a boy named Auggie.He wanted to be
like other people because Augie is deformed. He has been homeschooled for his whole
life. But then he started fifth grade in a normal school. To try fix the problem he had over
20 surgeries. But he still looks different. And, kids made fun of him. But then people started
to accept him and think he was nice, and last everybody liked him and he had lots of

friends.

Book #3

The main idea of the book “Hatchet” by Gary Paulsen is about a boy named Brain that gets
in a plane crash and gets stranded in a mountain and that shows courage. And Brain finds
ways to survive. For example, he gets so hungry that he has the courage to hunt for meat
and he gets a bird. This shows, courage because you would have to have courage to hunt.
He also shows courage because the plane sunk. And in the plane there was a survival kit
that had a food, and a sleeping bag in it. So he gets the pack but he almost drowns. So he
shows courage by risking his life for the survival pack. This all shows that the main idea
in the book Hatchet by Gary Paulsen is to have courage.

Walk Two Moons

The book Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech compares two character’s lives in an amazing
way. Salamanca (Sal) was a strong 13 year girl who who wanted to find her mother.
The problem was that her mom ran away and Sal was left to understand on her own.
Sal tried solve the problem by acting like her mom was still there. Sal drove with her
grandparents to understand her mom’s trip to Idaho and to “Walk Two Moons” by going
in her mother's shoes.
